MIX TANK CLEANING: THE SANITARY easy to clean SANIFOIL IMPELLER. For mix vessels where CIP and cleanability is vital, the EASY TO CLEAN Sanifoil impellers are the way to go. This unique mixing impeller is fully cleaned without typical “shadowing” seen on most industrial style propellers/impellers. All Sanifoils are fabricated, polished, and electropolished. The curved leading edge of this mixing blade allows CIP solution to properly coat and clean the underside of the blades. The free flowing hub design has no flat surfaces or crevices for product collection and contamination. The 316L stainless steel blades are available in a few different hub styles, they can be welded to the shaft, set screwed for easy to remove and adjustable on the shaft, to very aseptic sanitary designs.

CIP SPRAY BALL TANK CLEANING SYSTEMS – from simple static spray balls to precision cleaning with impingement Gamajet spray nozzle cleaning machines we can provide the proper cleaning of your mixing tank. Portable CIP Cleaning Systems are available to suit your needs.

DESIGN AND APPROVAL DRAWINGS: depending on sophistication of the mixing process, we can utilize Computational Fluid Dynamics and provide MixTank drawings in solidworks 3D models.

CFD AND SCALE UP SERVICES: we can provide resources of independent engineering services to help you with scale up and scale down on mixing processes, including CFD and lab scale mixing studies to optimize your process

LAB TESTING: we provide free lab testing to quantify your material characteristics, and help confirm what mixer size, hp, speed, impeller geometry is the right choice for your desired process results. Some of the tools use are viscometers, density, particle size analysis, and actual mixer run tests to confirm HP requirements and behavior of your mixture.
